Quakertown, Pennsylvania. October 12, 2023. Celerity participated in Northampton Community College’s Lineworker Trainee Program Employer Day Event in Bethlehem, PA.

This bi-annual event allows local employers to meet graduating students, in action, as they display their learned skills. This included a live demonstration from the current class as well as a job fair style interaction with all of the students.

After the outdoor pole climbing demonstration, Celerity shared our ethos as a company to prospecting students. Students participated in a question-and-answer session where they posed questions to each of the employers. The event is a great way for NCCC students and local employers to connect, leading to potential employment that will help them begin a career in the construction and telecommunication fields.

Through years of attending this event, Celerity has developed a special relationship with the program. We have offered employment to numerous graduates from the program, many still employed today.
